After roaming around Megamall, we were so hungry so we decided to eat in My Singapore Food Street.


I always pass by this restaurant but I wasn't able to eat here because it was either always full of customers or I ate somewhere else in the mall. A great timing indeed that we were hungry and the place was quite empty at that time.
 Same as any fastfood chain, you have to line to order your food.
 I didn't realize that it was such a spacious food establishment until we get to seat at the farthest area.


You can have the menu before you order in the counter to prevent the piling up of people in front.

For several times I've chosen to eat in Pepper Lunch Express because I love grilled meat. This time, we ate at a Pepper Lunch restaurant in Megamall. I just want to post this because I want to tell you that you should eat here if you haven't yet, you will surely have enjoy a delicious meal here.






Just this time, I've decided to share this meal with my sister because we're trying to eat less in the evening but I usually eat 1 order of the rice meal by myself.


While the plate is still hot, you should mix the ingredients, this I enjoy doing as I smell the aroma of the beef which makes me feel more hungry than I am.

Curry Beef Pepper Rice with Cheese (232.00 php)

I never get tired of eating this Beef Curry Rice meal because the beef is so good with the curry plus some cheese. When I ate this for the first time, I didn't know that corn tastes good mixed in a rice meal, well', that's just me though.

I was not into grilled foods before but now I get to appreciate the good taste of grilled beef rice and I think you should try it.
Pepper lunch has express outlets in almost any mall and they are located in the food court area. Pepper Lunch express have lower prices than FYI, Pepper Lunch is a "fast-steak" restaurant franchise popular in the Tokyo area (Google).

Luckily, the line was not that long and there were chairs to sit on. I asked the waiter how long is the maximum time we would wait, she told me it would be a maximum of 30 minutes. We didn't wait that long and it was late afternoon so I guess this is the time where less people eat here.

After our short trip in Cavite, we pleaded with our mom to make a detour to Tagaytay to visit the newest Ferris wheel in town, Sky Eye.


The Sky Eye is currently the tallest Fer in the Philippines at 63 m (207 ft) with 32 gondolas with 36 gondolas. I've ridden the MOA Eye before and it was scary but the Sky Eye is taller so I'm a bit scared.

In a matter of minutes, the line went shorter and it was our turn to ride our gondola.

When we were at SM Mall of Asia, Dennis the Grill is one of the usual places we eat at especially when we crave for Filipino food. I just want to briefly share with you why you must give this a try.



Many people eat in this fast food place but we get seats after we've ordered our food because I think people here eat quickly :)

I just got curious about the taste of the corn of Thai Corn booth so I tried it.




 They have their new flavor, Milk & cheese with Butter for only 38 pesos so I tried it.

The corn was really sweet and tasted fresh (some corn taste like plastic in my opinion). The flavor was good; not salty nor too sweet. I wanted to eat a lot of Thai Corn but they only have 1 size. I wish they have a bigger size than eating 2 cups of this though.

Try Thai Corn when you pass by this in SM Mall of Asia. It's a tasty snack.
